35 Davids Drive, Hauppauge

Stamford Tent & Event Services leased a 10,000-square-foot industrial building on 1 acre at 35 Davids Drive in Hauppauge. The company is relocating from Lamar Street in West Babylon. Brandon Lichtenstein, Jason Maietta and Tommy Rosati of Colliers International Long Island represented the tenant, while Ralph Perna of Newmark Knight Frank represented landlord MVP Park International, in the lease transaction.

25 Old Dock Road, Yaphank

Austin Moving & Storage leased 11,500 square feet of industrial space at 25 Old Dock Road in Yaphank. Mark Pawlitschek of Coldwell Banker Commercial Island Corporate Services represented the tenant, while Ralph Perna of Newmark Knight Frank represented landlord Harry Jensen in the lease transaction.

45 Ranick Road, Hauppauge

Global Paper & Tissue subleased a 125,250-square-foot building on 8.73 acres at 45 Ranick Road in Hauppauge. Ralph Perna of Newmark Knight Frank represented the subtenant, as well as master tenant SK Archiving in the sublease transaction.

150 Express St., Plainview

International Tool Manufacturing leased a 25,000-square-foot industrial building on 1 acre at 150 Express St. in Plainview. The company, which makes a wide assortment of drill bits, is relocating from Flushing. Ralph Perna of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant, as well as the landlord, 150 Outback Realty LLC, in the lease transaction.

273 Main St., Amagansett

WTI, Inc. purchased the Gansett Green Manor at 273 Main St. in Amagansett for $6.175 million. The 1.95-acre hospitality property has a house, cottages and converted barn with a total of 14 guest rooms. Lisa Ferraro and Dana Forbes of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyer, as well as the sellers, Leslie and Jed Feldman, in the sales transaction.

69 Mall Drive, Commack

Custom Nutraceuticals leased 23,175 square feet at 69 Mall Drive in Commack. Bob Misa of Industry One Realty represented the tenant, while landlord Mall Drive Realty LLC was self-represented in the lease transaction.
