SEATTLE — The Low Income Housing Institute and Ankrom Moisan have filed plans for a seven-story, 118-unit affordable housing complex at8620 Aurora Ave. N.

LIHI paid about $1.4 million for the property in 2016. It’s a parking lot that has recently been used as a transitional tiny-house facility for the homeless.
