Pootis? Team Fortress 2 Garry's Mod games pc game facial hair

Pootis is a phrase said by the Heavy Weapons Guy in the online FPS game Team Fortress 2. It is a shortened version of the Heavy’s voice command “Put dispenser here”, which is used to request a Dispenser. It has similar usage to GOTTAM and PINGAS.

Origin

On August 1st, 2010, YouTube user “MisterLayton” uploaded a video titled “MEET THE POOTIS“, which utilises the original “Meet the Heavy” video and replaces the dialogue with the edited version of the Heavy’s Dispenser request quote. The video gained a small amount of attention, having received 2047 views as of April 2017.

Following this, on September 22, 2011, YouTube user “Schmell85” uploaded a Garry’s Mod animation video titled “Meet the Pootis“, featuring the quote. This video gathered much more attention than the original and is regarded by many to be the original “Pootis” video. As of April 2017 the video has gained over 59,592 views, 595 likes and 114 comments.

Since the “Meet the Pootis” video was uploaded, the phrase has featured heavily in various TF2 related content and videos. Various mash-up videos featuring the phrase have also been created, such as a What is Love? crossover video, shown below right.

Denton County saw the biggest jump in July home sales – Dallas News

Denton County’s housing market was the big winner in July’s bump in Dallas-Fort Worth home sales. North Texas single-family home sales by real estate agents jumped 7% last month from a year ago to a record number of properties purchased in one month. And median sales prices in the area were 3% higher than they were in July 2018. Denton County had the biggest jump in home sales in the D-FW area, with about 16% more houses trading than a year earlier, according to data from the MetroTex Association of Realtors. Median sales prices in Denton County were up a measly 1.3% year-over-year to $324,029. Tarrant County – which is the most affordable of the metro area counties – had the largest number of July sales.
