Developers are kicking off construction on a new apartment community in Frisco. Dallas-based StreetLights Residential has broken ground on the 358-unit Margo rental community located just west of the Dallas North Tollway. The project is the third phase of The Canals at Grand Park development. The 4-story apartment project is located near Cotton Gin Road and will join almost 700 rental units StreetLights Residential has already built in the Canals at Grand Park. StreetLights started the 152-acre development in 2014 in a partnership with Dallas-based Charter Holdings and Arcadia Realty Corp.
