It’s been a difficult few days for those who knew Kerrilee D’Avolio, the mother of three who was found dead in the Oneida County Landfill earlier this week.

Dallas-based StreetLights Residential has broken ground on the 358-unit Margo rental community located just west of the Dallas North Tollway.
