Dallas-based StreetLights Residential has broken ground on the 358-unit Margo rental community located just west of the Dallas North Tollway. The project is the third phase of The Canals at Grand Park development. The 4-story apartment project is located near Cotton Gin Road and will join almost 700 rental units StreetLights Residential has already built in the Canals at Grand Park.
